1. Are all bags at The Bagga 100% genuine leather?
Yes. Every single item in our collection is crafted exclusively from certified full-grain and top-grain genuine bovine leather tanned using natural vegetable tannins. We never use synthetic PU or bonded leathers.
2. What is included with every bag order?
Each purchase arrives in our signature luxury presentation box, accompanied by a 100% breathable cotton dustbag, a serialized certificate of authenticity, and a complimentary jar of organic beeswax leather balm.
3. How does shipping and delivery work?
We provide complimentary insured express courier delivery across Indonesia for all orders exceeding Rp500,000. Orders are dispatched with tamper-evident packaging and full online tracking numbers.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day complimentary return and exchange window for unused items in their original packaging with protective hardware seals intact.
5. Do you offer personalization or monogramming?
Yes. We provide bespoke gold foil hot-stamping and blind debossing for client initials on selected luggage tags, cardholders, and bag clochettes upon request.
